Police say there were several teenagers in the car when one of them decided it might be funny to light the driver’s armpit hair on fire.

The 16-year-old did just that, burning Tristian Myers, causing him to roll the SUV, throwing two of the kids out of the vehicle.

The Ada County Sheriff's Office in Boise Idaho reports despite the ejections, none of the five kids were seriously hurt.

The Idaho Statesman obtained the police report that says when cops first arrived, the kids lied to them.

"It wasn’t until a short time later, after deputies talked to all the teens, when a different story emerged, that the teens in the front of the car were goofing around prior to the crash," it reads.

Myers with ticketed for inattentive driving and the boy with the lighter was cited for interfering with driver safety.

Police say none of the teenagers were wearing seatbelts.
