Casquejo was arrested and sentenced to community service in 2014 after he illegally climbed One World Trade Center, WNBC reports. After climbing another building, he was sentenced to three years' probation.

WNBC reports that New York police are investigating the new photos.

Former NYPD Detective Joe Giacalone told WABC that Casquejo's actions could put him and emergency personnel in danger.
