Any parent knows buying diapers can be very expensive.
A Brooklyn, New York man was arrested this past week, in connection with trying to save and earn a little money with diapers.
The New York Daily News reports Kevin Hargrove has admitted to swapping diaper price tags with 99-cent price tags. In fact, he has been doing this for years.
"If I had to guess I've hit every Stop & Shop in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut," Hargrove told cops, according to court papers. "I've been doing this so long I can't remember."
The father told detectives he does keep some of the diapers for his own family. Still, he also confessed to stealing a variety of sizes and brands, so he could sell them on the street.
Hargrove faces two counts of second-degree falsifying business records and a count of third-degree grand larceny.
Local tabloids have given him the moniker "Diaper Don".
