A testy exchange between former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and a 19-year-old student has resulted in one of the most seminal moments in the race for president so far: “Your brother created ISIS.”

Ivy Ziedrich, a student at the University of Nevada, confronted Bush after a town hall meeting, and questioned him about his comments there.

According to the New York Times, Bush, who is running for president, had argued that the rise of ISIS was due to America pulling out of the Middle East.

Ziedrich told Bush he was wrong.

“Your brother created ISIS,” she said.

Bush and Ziedrich continued to debate the issue, with Bush concluding with: "Look, you can rewrite history all you want. But the simple fact is that we are in a much more unstable place because America pulled back."
