A little girl attending a military homecoming for her father couldn't wait any longer to give him a welcome home hug.

As soon as she sees her father line up at Fort Carson in Colorado, she runs to him and wraps her arms around his legs. Then, she turns around and runs back to the crowd with her arms waving. KKTV cameras caught it all.

“She was excited. She spotted me from a couple rows back and she couldn’t contain herself. I wasn’t gonna tell her no," said her father Daniel Oglesby.

Oglesby was part of 300 soldiers that returned home from a tour of duty in southwest Asia.
