Seth Lane is a 5-year-old boy in England who suffers from severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID), which makes him easily susceptible to germs. As a result, Seth has been living in a sterile hospital room for most of his life.

His first bone marrow transplant was unsuccessful, forcing him to live in a plastic "bubble" for two years.

On Friday, March 27, Seth was scheduled for a second bone marrow transplant, and he asked people all over the world in this Youtube video to wear yellow, his favorite color, for him.

He received a warm and loving response from social media.
