The newly installed portrait of former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger at the State Capitol is drawing some attention for something it's missing.
The portrait was unveiled on Monday. Visitors noticed that Schwarzenegger's right lapel appears to have a dark smudge.
There are reports Thursday that the image of Schwarzenegger's wife Maria Shriver was originally on a lapel pin that's been painted over. Visitors say it looks a little sloppy and tour guides didn't know.
"We haven't talked about lapel pins and I don't know anything about it" said one tour guide. One visitor added, "Honestly, they could have painted over it a little better."
Shriver and Schwarzenegger separated in 2011 after it was revealed that Schwarzenegger had fathered a child with the maid. But, there are recent reports that Shriver had an affair before he did with one of his campaign workers.
