A Pennsylvania couple will have a big Mother's Day celebration this year after welcoming a 13-pound, 10-ounce baby into the world on Thursday.

Isaac Michael Hall was delivered via Caesarean section. He measured 25 1/2 inches. Born a week early, the baby is already wearing clothes sized for a 6-month-old.

His father Brad Hall, who is 6-foot-5, was a little shocked when he found out about his son's record-breaking size.

"It was a little hard to believe at first," said Hall.

Longtime nurses at the hospital say they can’t remember a baby that big born at the hospital since the early 1980s. According to hospital officials, Isaac is heathy with no medical issues.
