The Greek owner of a Michigan restaurant plans to pay it forward again on Thanksgiving Day.
George from George's Senate Coney Island posted a sign at the restaurant that said, "George's Thanksgiving Day dinner: If anyone is alone, come eat with us for free! All Day Thurs., November 26th."
The sign was posted online by a reddit user and quickly went viral on social media.
Of the meal, George told WILX he moved to Athens, Greece, on his own when he was 12. He was homeless and depended on the kindness of others for food.
Now feeding those who are lonely has become an annual tradition of his.
"It makes my heart feel good to do it and help a little bit," he said.
