Model and former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo broke up with former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow because he vowed to remain abstinent, according to the New York Daily News.

Despite Tebow’s deeply held religious beliefs being public knowledge, Culpo grew frustrated when after two months, Tebow refused to get down.

“He was really into her. He was sending her love letters and cute notes and professing his love for her,” The Daily News reported. "She had to break up with him because she just couldn't handle it. ... He's pretty adamant about it, I guess."

That's only one take, however.

The Los Angeles Times reports the two were hardly dating and instead separated because Culpo wasn't ready to commit to another relationship after just getting out of a long-term one.

Culpo previously dated singer Nick Jonas, who also had a vow of abstinence until marriage but eventually "reassessed" his values.

Fortunately for Tebow, who is reportedly still trying to win Culpo back, she posts a stunning photos of herself on her Instagram regularly.

And, as one would have expected, Glenn Beck chimed in on the issue too, via Facebook.

The least important news but worthy of a mention is #TimTebow losing his girlfriend over him not willing to have sex...

"Good for you, Tim," he says. "The right girl will be worth the wait and this will only help you find the right girl."
