Report: Russians hacked White House, accessed Obama's schedule

Russian hackers recently gained access to President Barack Obama's schedule, call information and other sensitive documents, CNN reported Tuesday

The Russian government was behind the cyberattack, which is related to last year's State Department hack, U.S. officials told CNNAlthough the hackers made moves to cover their tracks, investigators "found tell-tale codes and other markers" pointing to Russia.

The FBI and Secret Service are investigating the breach, which officials said did not affect classified information. According to the CNN report, the hackers first accessed the State Department, then may have used a phishing email to breach a White House system.
