Remy Ma and Papoose’s baby, ‘The Golden Child,’ makes her first public appearance

Rappers Remy Ma and Papoose showed off their 2-month-old baby, known by her nickname, “The Golden Child,” Thursday on the talk show “The Real.”

It was clear Golden Child stole the hearts of the audience and the hosts -- comedian Loni Love, actress Adrienne Bailon, fashion expert Jeannie Mai and actress Tamara Mowry-Housley -- in her debut TV appearance. Every smile and facial expression from the baby elicited an “aww” from those on set.

Remy Ma, 38, revealed on Instagram that Golden Child’s name is “Reminisce MacKenzie.” While on “The Real,” the baby wore a brightly colored floral dress that matched her mother’s skirt. Golden Child wore, fittingly, little golden booties.

The proud parents discussed life with their newborn. Remy Ma also detailed her difficult labor and post-pregnancy complications.

Remy Ma and Papoose, 40, welcomed Reminisce into the world on Dec. 14, 2018.
