Police are looking for the people responsible for taking the remains of two people from a crypt in Queens, New York.

The people whose remains were taken died almost 90 years ago, WPIX reported.

Someone broke into a mausoleum at Acacia Cemetery and took the full body of one person and the skull of another. The burglary happened on Halloween night.

Police said a groundskeeper found burial shrouds, bones and pieces of broken concrete and wood the next morning, WPIX reported.

Eight of 10 crypts were broken into.

The mausoleum was last visited in 1987.
