Target and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have announced a recall of the store’s Cat & Jack Chiara unicorn boots.

That's because the horn of the boot can come off and could pose a choking hazard to children, the CPSC said in its release.

They were sold at Target brick and mortar stores, Target.com and Google Express from October 2018 through November 2018 and cost about $27, according to the recall alert.
