Drew Scott is getting married.
The “Property Brothers” star reportedly planned to pop the question to his new fiancée, Linda Phan, for a long time before he actually proposed.
"I've never met another woman like her and once you do, you want to be with her forever," Scott told People. "I've had to be as stealthy as a ninja to pull this off."
He reportedly carried the ring around for weeks before finally asking her.
Scott and his brother, Jonathan, recently released two country singles and decided to record their own version of "Marry Me" by Train. During a romantic dinner at Piano Pano in Toronto, Scott arranged for the song to be played and had the staff bring out a cake decorated with imagery from Phan's favorite book, "Oh, the Places You'll Go" with the text changed to "Oh, the Places We'll Go."
After she said “yes,” the couple reportedly attended their surprise engagement party, which Phan believed was going to be a company holiday party.
