For that person who is a total “meat and potatoes” type person, Airbnb has the place to stay.
It’s listed as Big Idaho Potato Hotel, and for $200 a night plus fees and taxes, it offers a room for two people in one bedroom, with one bed and one bath.
And who knew, the potato also has air conditioning and an indoor fireplace, according to the Airbnb listing.
It sits in the middle of 400 acres of farmland near Boise, Idaho.
Originally, the Big Idaho Potato was intended to travel the country for only a year or two, but it was so popular the spud kept traveling for six years.
Once it was replaced with a new potato, the Idaho Potato Commission had to figure out what to do with the 6-ton steel, concrete and plaster spud, Insider reported.
The organization ended up giving it to Kristie Wolfe, who has built other tiny houses for rent, the Idaho Statesman reported.
The hollowed-out potato used to hold promotional items during its cross-country tour, now it holds a queen-sized bed, two chairs, an elk antler chandelier, wood floor and a beverage cooler. There's a separate bathroom too, according to the newspaper.
