A woman was caught trying to smuggle liquid cocaine from an airport in Colombia, according to NBC News.

The catch: She was hiding the cocaine in her breast implants.

Paola Deyanira Sabillon, 22, caught security's attention because she looked nervous.

After an x-ray, she confessed to having had a surgery that led to an "unknown substance" being inserted in her implants.

The implants were removed and she is currently being treated for infection, NBC News reports.
