Police shoot man after threatening Baltimore TV station...

The man, described by witnesses as strangely dressed, said he had a flash drive that he wanted to give to the television station. He also made demands to go on air, the station’s news director said.

The man also is believed to have started a car fire in the station’s parking lot.
