Vinita police served a search warrant Thursday to allow officers access to a family home of two children who sustained second and third-degree burns after being sunburned during a daycare field trip last week.
The children's mother claimed the burns occurred because the daycare staff did not apply sunscreen to her sons, 5 and 7.
