Chris Thralls was on his way to pick up his daughter from school when a car slammed into his, WTKR reported.

Thralls was more concerned about his 5-year-old little girl waiting for him at school than about his accident.

That's when Officers E.O. Diaz and T. Hall jumped into action.

They took her booster seat in the back seat of the cruiser and went to Jadalynn's school to pick her up, WTKR reported.

Jadalynn got an extra surprise when they stopped at a 7-Eleven for a Slurpee.

After the crash, WTKR caught up with Jadalynn and Diaz and caught Jadalynn giving Diaz a hug saying "I love him."
