Tricia Garret says she recently lost her stepdad. This week, she was in her driveway when a police car pulled up in front of her home. She says she immediately thought they were going to bring more bad news.
“They asked ‘Can we shovel off your sidewalk?'” recalled Tricia. She says she couldn’t believe the officers’ kindness.
The two officers cleared the sidewalk, porch and even dusted her van.
She says they didn’t want any recognition, but just wanted to make someone’s day a little brighter.
