According to the police report, the woman screamed, and the accused thief, wearing nothing but cowboy boots, ran out of the garage.

Police said they found Miller moments later in a nearby backyard, but when they tried to arrest him, he ran.

They told Tulsa's KOKI-TV that officers chased him and eventually had to use pepper spray to arrest him.

“You just got to wonder what people are thinking,” neighbor Nathan Buckingham said. “There is just crazy people everywhere.”

Police booked Miller on more than $40,000 bond for burglary, outraging public decency and running from police.

KOKI-TV found out that Miller is a convicted felon who spent time in prison for possession of a stolen vehicle.
