According to WAFF, authorities believe they have identified the people in the video, which was stored on an SD card found in Tuscumbia. Investigators said it was likely filmed several years ago near Gadsden or in Louisiana.
Police told WAFF that they have contacted the Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services about the video.

Kristina Morris, a nurse practitioner at Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville, told WAFF that giving infants alcohol puts them "at risk for alcohol toxicity, which can cause respiratory distress and gastrointestinal problems."
