The video was taken by Ray Harris Jr. during a May 7 traffic stop but was released Wednesday, WTTG reported.

The trooper approaches the vehicle and almost immediately asks the driver to get out, the video shows. The driver questions the officer and refuses to get out.

After some back and forth, the video ends when the trooper reaches through and breaks the window, then pulls the driver from the vehicle.

Harris was arrested and charged with failing to obey a lawful order but the charges were dropped, WTTG reported.

Harris is working to expunge his record and is seeking reimbursement from the Maryland State Police.

"I don't have a problem with police," Harris told WTTG. "I have a problem with police thinking they can do whatever they want."
