Police: Florida man caught on surveillance video stealing puppy

Orlando police need helping finding the man seen on surveillance video stealing a puppy from a pet store.

Police said the couple walked into The Puppy Stop on Colonial Drive Friday afternoon and spent an hour looking at different puppies in the store.

The woman picked out a $2,295 Yorkie, but the store owner was willing to sell the animal for $2,000.

She left the store to get money, while the man she was with stayed with the puppy.

The store owner told police the man didn’t stick around long before he ran out of the business with the puppy in tow.
