An armed robbery suspect in outside Baltimore, Maryland, fled the scene using an unsuspecting Uber driver.
According to The Baltimore Sun, Dashawn Terrell Cochran allegedly robbed a convenience store last week with a gun. Police said the suspect took a bottle of Tylenol cold medicine to the counter and then pointed his weapon at the clerk demanding money from the register.
Cochran fled the store and got into a Lexus. Police quickly pulled the car over and detained three people inside.
The driver told police that he was an Uber driver and he had just picked up two passengers. Police later determined that the driver and one of the passengers had nothing to do with the incident.
Cochran was charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault and other charges.
