The New England Patriots confirmed in a recently released statement that linebacker Harvey Langi and a passenger were involved in a motor vehicle crash Friday night in Foxborough.
At approximately 9:30 p.m., Langi and a passenger were sitting at a stoplight when another vehicle rear-ended them.
The two victims suffered injuries and were transported to a hospital.
Langi will not play in Sunday’s game against the New York Jets due to the accident.
