Parkland school shooting survivor David Hogg to attend Harvard this fall

David Hogg, a survivor of the Parkland school shooting in February, announced on Twitter that he would be attending Harvard University in the fall.

Hogg announced the news Saturday morning, saying he planned on majoring in political science when he attends the university.

He was a student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida when a former student killed 17 people and wounded 15 others on Valentine's Day.

Hogg was part of an event in the summer as people walked from Worcester to Springfield as part of a rally against gun violence.
