A Philadelphia man was pulled over after defying the odds earlier this week.

A Philly.com report states that when police officers stopped a red Dodge Magnum for driving erratically, they discovered the 29-year-old man behind the wheel had been shot twice: once in the forehead and once in the cheek.

Bullet holes were in the passenger door and window as well, according to the report. A gun was discovered inside the glove compartment as well.

He was transported to Temple University Hospital but did not provide police with details about the shooting.
