Deputy suspended after allegedly slapping man in YouTube video

According to the Albany Times Union, Sgt. Shawn R. Glans, 48, is accused of slapping a man who refused to let the deputy search his car. The man, who apparently recorded the incident on video, reportedly had a rifle in his back seat.
