According to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com and the Houston Chronicle, the 510,527-acre property features 58 homes, thousands of cattle, hundreds of horses, nearly 30,000 acres of farmland, 1,200 acres producing oil wells, large lakes and wildlife. Also included is Santa Rosa, the former home of sculptor and Waggoner Ranch heir Electra Waggoner Biggs, who died in 2001.
