During the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, singer Tony Bennett appeared on a float, where he sang "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" with the Muppets' Miss Piggy.

The 90-year-old singer finished singing the song and looked up at cameras before he lost his balance when their parade float started moving.

The "I Left my Heart in San Francisco" singer grabbed onto a float prop, and the Miss Piggy puppet grabbed his arm to help steady Bennett.

Headlines Friday morning said the Muppet "saved" Bennett from a fall.

"Tony is great and thanks the crowd along the parade route for their warmth, and he wishes everyone a very happy Thanksgiving," Bennett’s publicist, Sylvia Weiner, said Thursday.

More than 3 million people attended the 90th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York this year.
