Blue Cross, an animal charity group in the United Kingdom, worked with London Mindful and released a nearly 6-minute meditation video called "Karma Kitties."

The at-home meditation video pairs the principles from mindfulness classes with clips of homeless cats that are now being cared for.

A calm, soothing voice narrates as videos of different rescue cats are shown.

"Now open your eyes," the voice says. "Simply watch the two kittens interact."
