Wrapped in paper and topped with a bow, Parsons laid flat on the ground, while his dog excitedly approached him.

The video, which has been picked up by Mashable, has over 6 million views.

Trouble knew the scent right away and grew more excited as the clip continued, barking and wagging his tail.

When Trouble can finally greet his owner, he covers him in licks on his face.
