A Texas man has pleaded guilty to producing child pornography at a day care center in San Antonio where he worked, according to San Antonio Express-News.

Nicholas Andreas Gonzales Malven, 30, admitted to the charges, after his arrest last summer, My San Antonio reported.

An FBI investigation involving another individual led authorities to Malven.

The day care, La Petite Academy, issued a statement last year after Malven’s arrest, saying it had let him go and has cooperated with investigators.
