Lucky couple finds suitcase full of cash in basement ceiling

Normally, money goes flowing out when an owner undertakes home renovations, but an Ohio couple had the opposite happen.
The unnamed couple said they found a suitcase filled with cash; It was stuffed in the rafters in the ceiling of the basement.
When they opened it up, they found three packages wrapped in what looked like waxed paper and a newspaper, which was dated March 1951.
When they opened the packages, they found stacks of $20, $50 and $100 bills.
The money totaled $23,000.
