Good news for moms who work outside of the home. It may help your kids become more successful when they become adults.
According to Forbes, women with working mothers were more likely to have jobs themselves, be supervisors and earned more money than those who had stay at home mothers.
On the flipside, men who grew up with working moms were more likely to help around the house and lend a hand caring for other members of the family.
The study was conducted by Harvard Business School.
Study authors said the amount of time working didn't matter, whether it was for a few months during one year of a child's life or 60 hours a week for all of childhood, the Harvard researchers found.
