We all knew something was bound to happen when Kanye West took the stage to accept the Video Vanguard Award at the MTV VMAs on Sunday night. The rapper did not disappoint, using his lengthy acceptance speech to reflect on his past beef with Taylor Swift, rant about awards shows, admit he was high and even declare his candidacy for president in 2020.
