Kanye West announces 'Jesus Is Born' album will be released on Christmas

Kanye West has announced another album is on the way this year.

"Sunday Service album, 'Jesus is Born,' on Christmas is coming," he told Lowe, Billboard reported.

The news came as part of a wide-ranging interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio.

"Sunday Service" references West's musical performances, which include his music backed by a choir. His wife, Kim Kardashian West, has said the service is a musical ministry.

West's Christian album, "Jesus is King," has yet to be released after multiple delays. It is set to be out on Friday.
