It may be time to GTL, or gym, tan and laundry, for those who have forgotten about the "Jersey Shore."

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Jenni "JWoww" Farley were seen filming recently at Point Pleasant Beach and Asbury Park, Asbury Park Press reported.

Not many details have been released, but an MTV spokesperson told the Asbury Park Press that the filming was not part of a project for the music network.

The crew will also not be hitting all of their old haunts. While they had permission to film at Point Pleasant Beach, they were denied a permit to shoot in Seaside Heights. They were also not allowed to roll cameras while the group dined at a popular Asbury Park restaurant and bar. Officials at Langosta Lounge said it would have been bad publicity.

The reunion show is being shot by Bright Road Productions.

"Jersey Shore" originally aired on MTV from 2009 to 2012 and was produced by 495 Productions.
