A Houston woman claims she was refused a pedicure at a nail salon because she was "too big."

Tina Lewis told KTRK she went to the Rose Nails salon in north Houston on Thursday and was shocked by the discussion she had with an employee.

"I was like, 'Can I get a pedicure? And what chair do I sit in?' And (the employee) was like, 'The chairs were not big enough' for me to sit in," Lewis told the television station. "And I was like, 'Are you serious?’"
