Hospital volunteers amp up patients’ wheelchairs for Halloween, create amazing costumes

Young patients at the Shriners’ Hospital in Salt Lake City had a Halloween season they won’t forget.

Shriners made the costumes to decorate and enhance the children’s planned outfits.

The costumes were put on the chairs earlier in the month, but were reinstalled for Halloween.
