Now, the man with the ‘golden voice’ says he’s running for president.

Williams will run as an independent. He announced his plans on a radio show in Marion, Ohio.

His platform: fair housing, veterans' issues, jobs and improving schools. He has not put ogether a campaign staff or shared fundraising plans.
