During a recent interview with a New York-based radio station, rapper Yo Gotti addressed his longtime rivalry with fellow Memphis rapper Young Dolph.

While promoting his new album I Still Am, Gotti sat down with Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club" Thursday morning and explained that he has no issues with the "Preach" rapper after the hosts asked if Gotti had any connection to the recent shooting of Young Dolph in Los Angeles.

Gotti said that the two have never had an argument, stating, "Me and (homie) never had one argument ever in life. We never touched each other ever in life. We never exchanged no money ever in life. The facts is that I'm the biggest rapper in Memphis."

Yo Gotti also revealed the last text message he said he sent to Young Dolph. The message, which was sent in August 2012, said in part:

"That's how you got to approach this [expletive] homie. Just got to stay down and make the right decisions and you can win big my (expletive). You in a good space in Memphis, but you got to take that [expletive] from there to the world and it's going to turn into money."
