A touching, tender love song written by a 96-year-old widower to his late wife is causing eyes to tear up across the globe. Fred Stobaugh, from Peoria, Illinois wrote the lyrics to the song after his wife of 73 years passed away last year.

"Oh Sweet Lorraine" has since been put to music and has become an instant hit online. The artist who put the lyrics to music, Jacob Colgan, came across the lyrics after Stobaugh entered them into a singer-songwriter contest.
