One woman who asked not to be identified shared her anger with KGTV, "Who wants to walk by there with a bunch of butts in the air?"

Hubbard was ticketed in multiple times in 2014 for having groups larger than 49 people.

He claims that it is a free speech issue.

Later in 2014, Hubbard was taken to court over the sizes of his free class. He won the case citing freedom of assembly because he doesn't charge for the sessions and only asks for donations which he claims go to charity.
