A Florida man got a startling surprise when he walked out on his porch Sunday to find an alligator.
According to News 13, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call just after 3 p.m. from a resident in a mobile home in Plant City.
"I've got an alligator at my door," the man said.
Deputy Krouse and a licensed alligator trapper were able to capture the reptile. It was measured and listed as 9 1/2 feet long.
