A restaurant worker kicked the woman out after she ended up nude on the tabled covered in ketchup and soaked in water. The Johnny Rockets on the 700 block of Ocean Drive informed police she caused more than $400 worth of damage.

"It's a carnival-like circus, pretty much 24 hours a day, and I am hoping the city can take some control of it," said Mitch Novick, owner of the nearby Sherbrooke Hotel, to NBC Miami.

Miami Beach City Manager, Jimmy Morales, said to NBC Miami they are aiming to change the liquor laws requiring no outside drinking after 2 a.m.
