Florida man arrested for calling 911, asks dispatcher on date

You have to hand it to him: Stephen Ramsey is persistent.

According to

,the 45-year-old Florida man was arrested after dialing 911 three times to ask the female dispatcher on a date. She, of course, wasn't interested.

Still, Ramsey kept her on the phone for more than six minutes and asked her if she was "into handcuffs,"  the Florida

reports.

After he finally hung up, police were sent to his home where they say he told an officer he was looking for an escort to pass the time.
