A flight attendant is going viral for all the right reasons after she soothed a crying baby aboard one of her flights.
Heather Gooch posted a photo to Facebook showing the patient air hostess, Anisse, walking the aisle of the Southwest flight with her baby boy.
“We so often hear about the negative things going on so I wanted to share this story of a someone who made my trip a little brighter,” wrote Heather.
Heather and her husband were taking their 9-month-old son aboard a flight for the very first time. They were flying from Fort Lauderdale to Islip, NY.
Like many first-time parents, they weren’t sure how the experience would go. When their son started getting fussy, Anisse didn’t hesitate to step in.
“At one point, she saw that he was looking for her and getting ansy, so she came and picked him up and walked up and down the aisle with him while my husband and I ate our lunch,” wrote Heather.
Heather hoped the flight attendant to see the post and know how grateful she was for all her help.
According to BuzzFeed, Anissa eventually saw the message and thanked Heather for her gratitude, saying she will never be upset over a crying baby.
